“Du bout des lèvres” is a french expression meaning “timidly”, and that could be literally translated to “by the end of the lips”. The caption of this one is a pun playing on the similarity between “du bout” (“at the end of”) and “tu bous” (you are boiling). So it sounds like the first expression I explained, but means something like “you are boiling from the lips” or “your lips are boiling”.
